Leather Furniture Flaking or Peeling first noticed 3/01/2016, Purchase date 7/6/2015,stock # [redacted] ,no order # on receipt, Sales Rep Anna she told me on the phone today 3/19/she told me she tells all persons on bloodpressure medication that they should put a cloth cover over where your head and arms rest to prevent this We definetly were not told this or I would not have purchased it, it was payed for with a [redacted] also she said store policy is no free repair or exchange after months purchased year warranty that she said covered everything but it turns out they don't cover this problem

This is the worst place to do business with! I've had NUMEROUS issues with them Now, I'm waiting for their repair person to come "fix" the floor that was scratched from a chair lacking a covering of a nail one one of it's legs Actually, I received a replacement chair when I observed a crushed corner of an arm and a cut through the grass cloth on the first chair Would you believe they brought out a second chair with the same leg missing the nail covering on the same leg? Told I would be the first call of the day so I wouldn't have to wait all day It's a.mand I haven't even had the courtesy of a phone call stating why they still haven't arrived SHADY BUSINESS

Worst Furniture store in Volusia County! Buyer beware!! Worst customer service and service deptThe Furniture is far less than qualityIt won't hold up and they stand behind nothingFrom the minute you purchase and leave the store, you are on your own!
A purchase from this company is like throwing your hard earned money out the window!

I found Haynes Brothers customer service very poorI ordered a recliner April 28thI received the chair May 26thI called them on the day it was received to say there was a problem with the chair I was told to call customer service but they would not be in until May 30thI called days in a row before I got to talk to someoneOn June 2nd I was told the first day they could come look at the chair was June 14thsince I work that day I asked if they could come on June 16thThey said they only do service on WednesdayI arranged for someone to be home on that dayThe person who came basically told them that is the way the chair was madeAfter much discussion with the store they allowed me to bring the chair in on June 18thOnce the chair was brought in they said there was cat scratches on it so I could not return itThey agreed to fix itOn July17th I called to see what was the status of the chair and was told they had just gotten it in the shop the week beforeThe service person then continued to argue loudly with me that there was nothing they could do about the way the chair sits as it was made that way I am very unhappy about their handling of this whole situation and the fact that it took weeks to basically do nothing
