Dear Revdex.com,I am attaching several documents regarding our experience with this customer and her complaintPlease see detailed records that we submitted to [redacted] , as well as our response to the California AG Public Inquiry UnitWe have tried to work with this customer on many occasions, but as you can see from our documentation from December 2015, I actually suggested she find another supplier, since she returned items often, and we could never make her happy.I would be happy to speak with you about this complaint if necessaryThank you for your consideration,Thalia O [redacted] ***

This order eventually got delivered after being in the postal system for several days longer than it should have been, with Priority MailThis was during the Christmas shipping season, so it is not unusual for USPS to have a few more delays than usualAlso, we did not respond to her voicemails
because it was Christmas time, and we were not available on the 24th, 25th, 26th, and 27th Please see our customer relationship management ticket history below I believe we resolved this matter with the customer, who is now happily in possession of her order.Thank you,Thalia O*** ***

Dear Revdex.com,My staff asked for my review of *** request, since his products did show signs of wear and the exchange he asked for was well past the 30-day refund/exchange window that our policy statesI did approve his exchange request the same day he filed this complaintWe made the exchange
and sent him the products he asked for, at our loss.
