Good Afternoon,We picked up rugs from our client where our technician determined the rugs had multiple urine pet stains, we explained to the client that we cannot provide a guaranteed for all stains to be removedWe returned all rugs to the client when client accepted the rugs and checked themdays later our client called to let us know there was a damage to one of her rugs, our redo policy is within days after the service has been done, it is mention in the in our invoiceWe assessed the picture provided by our client and determined it is not something our company could've causedWe use professional equipment that can not cause such damage to a rug by simply being cleanedThe damage is uneven and there are missing parts of the rug fibers that seemed pulled out of the rug by a petThis type of destruction can be caused by pet chewing or digging on the rugOriginally the client sent her rug to be clean because of a pet stains, meaning client's pet could caused the damageTherefore we can no longer honor a redo or refundIt has been days after the redo delivery was performed and the type of damage is something our company could have not caused by any means.Best Regards,ShelyGreen choice carpet

checked them. 15 days later our client called to let us know there was a damage to one of her rugs, our redo policy is within 2 days after the service has been done, it is mention in the in our invoice. We assessed the picture provided by our client and determined it is not something our company could've caused. We use professional equipment that can not cause such damage to a rug by simply being cleaned. The damage is uneven and there are missing parts of the rug fibers that seemed pulled out of the rug by a pet. This type of destruction can be caused by pet chewing or digging on the rug. Originally the client sent her rug to be clean because of a pet stains, meaning client's pet could caused the damage. Therefore we can no longer honor a redo or refund.
