I was not given any paperwork about being charged and having a day test of the products when it39s a month supplyThey stole dollars from me -and they39re only refunding me half of that and on top of that the product doesn39t even workThis is dirty company and very unprofessional

Review: I purchased the Honda Odyssey Haynes Repair Manual covering all models from 1999 thru 2010 (manual number 42035) for repair information for my 2010 Honda Odyssey EX-L. This manual is advertised as Complete coverage for Honda Odyssey covering all models from 1999 thru 2010: Routine Maintenance, Tune-up procedures, Engine repair, Cooling and heating, Air Conditioning, Fuel and exhaust, Emissions control, Ignition, Brakes, Suspension and steering, Electrical systems and Wiring diagrams. When I turned to the wiring diagram section of the manual to help troubleshoot my issue I only found wiring diagrams applicable to 1999 thru 2004 models. There are no diagrams for later models, including for my 2010 model in the manual. This manual is supposed to cover all models from 1999 thru 2010 but is missing wiring diagrams for 50% of the models supposedly covered. After I discovered this discrepancy I read various reviews on websites such as Amazon and found that other people have had similar issues with missing information for 2005 and later Odysseys. I have not had the opportunity to page through the complete manual but it seems that this manual was previously for 1999 thru 2004 models then Haynes "updated" the manual to cover thru 2010 but did not actually bother to include technical information for the 2005 thru 2010 models. Advertising this manual as covering all models from 1999 thru 2010 is absolutely false.Desired Settlement: I purchased this manual at my local auto parts store for the full retail price of $29.95 plus 7% NJ sales tax for a total of $32.05. At a minimum I would like a refund of my $32.05 since the manual falsely claims to cover my 2010 Honda Odyssey. I would not have purchased this manual had Haynes not been deceptive in their description of the book.
