Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolutionPlease respond here ONLY] Regards, [redacted] I contacted the manager of the business myself and was spoken very unprofessionally too when I went above their heads and went to the Main dealership and was placed in a new car thanks to [redacted] and [redacted] at [redacted] and [redacted] Ford who also advised me the car should have never been sold to me by [redacted] at Hayes Discount [redacted] came into the establishment on 5/9/while I was there signing my paper work giving dirty looks and was asked to leave until I completed my businessHayes discount has my email address as well as other contact information that was given to *** [redacted] and [redacted] Ford gained my business Hayes Discount should have to face a fine or penalty because I know due to the comments on their facebook page this has happened several other time to customers

We have spoke to Ms*** and resolved the issueThe car was brought in and service work was done as to her specifications and satisfaction last week

In regards to the complaint regarding Ms. [redacted], The issue has been resolved and the money returned to the customer. Our issue was getting proper documents to fund the deal through the bank which came to us with different income numbers than the customer stated earlier.
