Hays Bros. Moving

We booked the job for Mrs. [redacted] several weeks in advance (July 4th, 2017). Due to the large probability of a date change I asked that she place a $200 deposit in order to hold the date. She agreed without hesitation. I made it clear that the deposit would only be charged if she canceled less than...

7 days in advance. I contacted her a week prior to the scheduled date (July 14th) and asked if she still wanted to hold the date and she called me and said that she felt certain that the move would take place on the 22nd as scheduled. Our company turned away multiple jobs for that date. She messaged me on the afternoon of July 17th (5 days in advance) and said she wanted to cancel. She never contacted me to check on availability for the following Tuesday. She just stated that she wanted to cancel. She then sent me several messages and before I could respond to her she blocked the conversation. I did leave her a voicemail and asked her to call me so that we could discuss the issue. She did not return my call and I am unable to respond to her via the original method of contact (facebook messenger) because she disallowed my response.  Please let me know if you need any further information. Thanks,[redacted]
