The customer reached out to us on November [redacted] regarding his dissatisfaction with his non stick frying pan We responded to him on that same day providing him with our Full warranty instructions where we say that we will gladly replace his frying pan He did not ask any other questions other than continuing to demand a refund after having the frying pan for over a year We are in the middle of our busiest holiday season and while we are a little behind in responding, I did reach out to him today not knowing that this was his complaint He has a credit of $with ZWILLING HENCKELS, we will gladly provide him with an exchange or he can use his $towards anything else on our site Please note after one year, we cannot offer him a refund CASE [redacted]

His response was totally professional and on point, and he has acted promptly to follow up on all his promises. Again, I wish I had found a phone number for ZW sooner. I really think my problems with ZH arose because of ZH's online complaint system.  It was a mess. I think that no one actually read the emails back and forth between myself and ZH. Thank you for your time in this matter.
