warranty. These are issues beyond anyone's control. We use #2 grade and above materials, which is the industry standard. "Well wood does warp, you know" is extremely rude and are words that never came out of my mouth.
Customer did not ever inform us of the gates not lining up, hole under fence, or concrete piled up. These are all issues easily fixed and we would have done them in a timely manner had we known about them. We will be out to take care of the issues within the next 2 weeks.
