I took my car to Hayward Auto care to be fixedThey told me they fix the problemI went to go pick up the car it ran for a dayAnd then the car stopped workingThey did not fix the problem on the car I took it back to themThen they told me I had hours to get my car off the premises
I called Hayward Auto Care to find out about the check engine light I have been seeing in my carI was told to stop by to discuss the problemupon arriving I was told, since I am a new customer I will get a 15% discount for diagnose, a sum of $to find out what the problem is, also that the $will apply towards the repair if I choose to go with themI left the car for couple hours, I got a call with a list of repairs which added to half the value of my carI went back with my parents and talked to the owner ***, I said at this time I can not afford to fix all the issues you have diagnosed, my car is running perfectly fine I am only worried about the check engine, I asked what repairs are more important at this point so the check engine light turns off, he said about $so I asked him to apply my $deposited towards the repairHe refused to do so, he changed his statement from " apply towards the repair" to "add on to your repair amount"We asked him several times why he promised to apply my deposit towards the repair? He then start writing bunch of numbers on a paper and asked us to " GO HOME STUDY THIS FOR COUPLE OF DAYS THEN WE WILL UNDERSTAND"It's like huh????
I find him nothing but a con man he lures customer with promises which he does not keepIf you are promised your deposit will be applied towards your repair make sure you get that in writing
