Ordered took weeks to get installed First damage came from a, light rain we were informed this product would not support any rain and always had to be brought in during rain When we bought the awning we told *** that we wanted a awning that could be left out to keep the deck cool and dry especially in the summer We asked to return the product under the sun setter day return and were told that under no circumstances would any refund be issuedSecond damage occurred during a unexpected rain and the support arm was damaged/brokenThe arm damaged the vinyl on the house and nearly shattered a window They had to completely replace the arm and it took them over a month to fix it It has now been damaged for a 3rd time with both arms broken this time and they wont able to repair it until mid Oct
We were told by Hayward if we purchased it from them as a authorized retailer vs directly from *** we would get better service
