We have not been able to stabalize or clarify our pool for months despite spending hundreds of dollars on pool chemicals every two months. [redacted] coached us on everything we were doing wrong and within 1 week after after following his dosing regimen our pool looked better than it ever has. Woody was great. He made a special trip up north out of his service area. He examined each part of the pool vacuum and pump to make sure each part was in working order. He explained each part of the repair, and showed me exactly what was wrong. He also continued to answer my questions and provide advice several days after the repair. I will definitely use him in the future.
