Review: I've been bring my Silverado to Hazard Center for a while, and have always trusted it. When I deployed and left my wife with the truck and the task of getting it ready to sell, I sent here there because I figured she'd be in good hands. When she arrived with work needing done, the maintenance on my truck was misquoted. I mean she was given a quote one day and then came in for the maintenance and the quote increased by over $200, without them even looking at the truck. 5 1/2 hours later (for a 3 hour job), my wife is given the keys back and was told that the mechanic had broken the door handle to my truck. She asked if it could be fixed and was told to return. The next day, my wife returned and was told that it could not be fixed because SHE would have to buy a new handle. The mechanic instructed my wife to buy a handle online to fix his mistakes because "they're pretty cheap". It is not our responsibility to fix what they have broken.Desired Settlement: Repair what was broken and provide complimentary service.

As explained in the letter, we will be happy to refund the customer the cost of the door handle as well as offer $50.00 for their inconvenience and frustration.
