Don't Use this Company
It has been over three months since ordering some children's clothing. I have not received and update. This is also the only online company I used to make a purchase with a recently renewed credit card. This credit card was used fraudulently last week to make a $1000.00 COSTCO order. I don't find this to be a coincidence.

Buyer beware.
I just received my order 3 days ago. Each item came in a sealed zip locked bag and each piece of clothing was soaking wet. It was very strange and concerning especially since the package was shipped from China. I reached out to customer service through both the website and directly by email. I received one response telling me to wash them and they'd be fine.

I don't want my child wearing potentially contaminated clothing. I reported it to the post office.

I'm still within the return window but that would require me to handle the questionable clothing and packaging, put the items back in the wet bags, and return it in the original condition (do I resoak everything?).

Buyer beware.

BUYER BEWARE!
I would advise against ordering from this scan company. I placed an order and about 2 weeks after I emailed asking to cancel as I no longer needed the item. Dianne emails me saying she will check if it can be cancelled because my item has “already shipped”. Yet I had never received a shipment email and told her that. Days go by and I emailed again to follow up. Now Dianne tells me the item will be restocked in a few days and asks me if I want a store credit or to change for another item. I say no and ask for a refund again, stating that their policy says I can cancel if it hasn’t shipped. Instead of getting a reponse back I get a “your order has shipped” email.

So from it not being shipped, to being shipped, to being out of stock and then to getting a shipment email… this company is a scam! Won’t give my money back AND they just dropship from China which you can literally find on Aliexpress and will wait the same amount of time. I own a small shop myself and I cannot believe this is how some “owners“ do things.

Do not get taken by Hazel & Bo
I ordered clothing for our grandson. What a disappointment. The clothing isn't all sized the same, the material is poor grade, the sewing is terrible and the prices are for quality clothing which my order is clearly not.
Went to return it and that isn't an easy matter either. U have to beg for a return address and say you have to include the receipt you received. However you don't receive a receipt.
Don't be disappointed by ordering from the company

NEVER use this company!

Ordered in middle of May, and still haven’t received my package now in August! Supposedly, resent another package, and still haven’t received that either.. apparently stuck in Chinese customs.

Have asked for a refund multiple times and my request have been ignored.

This is a *** company and should be shut down.

I am rejecting this response because:my parcel took three months to come, the only times they got onto it was because I pestered them, when it did finally come, it was not worth the money, the clothes are shoddily made with a lot of dangling cottons, the fabric is inferior, one outfit was meant to be pale grey with white stars and cane in black and white stripes, BUT the clincher is that they are all marked Dry clean recommended ..... for children’s clothes !!! Also some of them will no longer fit as they took so long. I will NEVER deal with this firm again.

I placed an order June 8th of 2020. The company informed me that I will have my product in Max 5 weeks. I was ok with that. 5 weeks after that I reached out to the company requesting an update on my order. They told me to wait 10 more days and if the package wasn’t received by then they would refund me the full amount. 10 days passed and still no package. When I reached out to the company they told they didn’t respond. 2 weeks after that I received the package and the company emailed me showing me that I received the package. I reached out to play pal and couldn’t resolve the issue with them either. This has been an absolute horrific experience with that company and I know that I’ll never get my money back.

Never received my products. I ordered them on April 10th. The company states shipping takes 2-3 weeks which has come and gone now. The tracking has shown the same thing since April 15th. I emailed the company initially to ask about where the products were and they told me they were stuck in customs. Then I recently emailed them and asked for a refund since it’s been over 3 weeks and still no delivery and no change in tracking and they refused to refund my money. At this point this is theft since they took my money and have not produced a product! I want a refund for my order that never arrived!

I purchased two baby outfits from the company, I contacted customer service and asked to return the items. I was given instructions on how to do so, and followed them explicitly. I received an email from
Yvonne in customer support stating that she required a tracking number for my return. I was never instructed by Yvonne nor does it state anywhere in their online website return policy that a tracking number is required for the return. Yvonne then stated that since I can not provide said tracking number she is unable to refund my order. I spent over $20 USD shipping the package back via *** and am very disappointed to learn that they will not refund my order.

Our customer service rep unfortunately asked the customer for a return tracking number in response to the customer informing us they had shipped off their return. It is not a requirement to have tracking. We usually only ask if the customers happens to have tracking if there is an issue with the return (e.g. it has been over 30 days). The return to date has not yet reached us (it has been 9 days since shipping which is not at all unusual for a package from the USA to Canada).

As I understand our customer service rep gave an incorrect impression by asking for the tracking, I have since replied to the customer personally (please see the screenshots attached) and refunded the customer today without having received the return yet. I have also talked to the customer service rep to clarify our requirements and avoid any issues in the future.
