. I ordered an ironing mat from them 4 months ago. Still haven't received it. They blame the pandemic. I hear the same thing from them over and over again.

On June 3rd, I bought an item (order # XXXXX-TB), which I paid $44.97 plus $9.95 for shipping. After several complaints, the company argued that in 2-3 business days they would report the shipment to me. This never happened.
On July 19th, they apologized, blaming the carrier and asked for a few more days to send me the tracking number. Tracking number only. I am waiting until now.

the worst company ever will not provide a tracking # , will not give you any info on delivery time of your order

I ordered a slackline obstacle kit over a month ago but it never arrived. When I went to cancel the order they said it was on the way. I asked for a tracking # and they have been very evasive for a week. I have repeatedly been trying to cancel the oder for a week since I have no proof that it is shipping. They have been telling me it will arrive in 2 days for over a week and still refuse to send a tracking number or cancel the order.
Very suspicious.

After couple of follow up 4 times with support team I didn't not receive
- any update on when product will arrive
- any feedback on reimbursement since product is late
- no communication of any kind of reimbursement

There for I have to make a complain. It's unexpected to have this customer service

They took my money and no merchandise was sent. I have communicated with them for months and they send responses with fake confirmation numbers. They refuse to refund my money. It has been almost 3 months since I ordered and paid in full, and NOTHING. Just a bunch *** fake information. I have asked for them to simply resend new items, since they were obviously lost, and they just send to me the fake shipping info.

Ordered 2 wiglets from company. they cashed my check for $36.55 on 5/21/2020. Never received product or confirmation, nothing. Emailed them - no response. I want products or money back please.

I ordered an item May 6 and it still has not been shipped so I can get a tracking number. I have requested a refund and was told I could not get one. They say they understand but the problem is with their shipper and they have no control over. I would just like a refund and no longer want their product.

Multiple emails and I just keep getting told that my package has shipped when trying to use the tracking number they gave me its totally ***.

The customer is claiming that the order was not shipped out, yet our customer service records show that the package is still currently in transit. As much as we want to fast track the delivery of this order, the shipping period will be dependent on the courier's capability. We apologize for the delay but assure the customer that this package is on its way.

I ordered a wireless TV sound bar and 150" projection screen with projector on 4/25/2020. My credit card was charged $309.84 on 4/27/2020. To date, I have not received the products ordered and a false *** tracking number was provided *** - no such tracking # exists in *** or ***). When I contacted them through their website, a customer service rep named *** indicated it is in process and provided the same false tracking information. I would like a full refund.

Hazel Lab specializes in custom-made gifts. All our products are sold online using our secure website. On 06/17/2020, we received a Revdex.com Complaint for "product not delivered" in the amount of $309.94 for our product *** Outdoor Big Screen" through Hazel Lab. The customer is claiming that the order was not shipped out and received, yet our customer service records show that the package was delivered on 2020-07-07 ***. As for his order of " Wireless TV Bluetooth 4.2 External Sound Bar", we cannot refund the customer with the full amount of $99.99 as there is an open chargeback request from his bank.

I ordered a dog pool from them thru a social media ad which directed me to their page to purchase the pool. They accepted my payment and sent me a confirmation email shortly after that my order had been placed. They indicated they would notify me once my order has shipped. This was on May 4, 2020. It is now June 10th and have not received the product that they took my money for. They continued to ignore my emails and they only listed phone number is out of service! Only when I notified pay pal of their horrible practices did they finally contact me back via email from their so called "customer support." They also go by *** Hazel Club or Hazel Lab. They insisted that it was being shipped to me, but couldn't give me a tracking number or estimated shipping date. They made excuses like "we are still waiting for the shipping carrier to send us the tracking number"

As much as we want to process the customer's request, once an item is dispatched, we can no longer grant your request for cancellation.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to stop the shipping process when the item is on its way. However, when they receive the item and still wishes for a refund, then they can process a return.

On April 25th 2020 I saw an ad on *** and I ordered a projector screen and a Bluetooth speaker from Hazel Lab. I paid $189.94. My confirmation email said my items should be delivered between May 3-12. When I did not receive my items or tracking information by May 17th, I emailed customer service to find out what was going on. At first they said my order was shipped and the tracking number was XXXXXXXXXXXXX, but they did not tell me which company they were shipping my items through and none of the ones I tried (***, *** or ***) recognized the tracking number. On May 29th, I emailed the company again to let them know I still had not received my items and I asked which shipping company they were using because the number they gave me was not working. The same day they responded and assured me my items were shipped, but gave me a different tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and again no shipping company. I emailed them a second tome on 5/29 to ask why I was getting a different tracking number and to let them know that the link they included in my email said that my items had not been shipped. They responded the same day and said they would get back to me. I did not hear back, so I emailed again on 6/2 to let them know I was still waiting for a response. They wrote back and said they were still waiting to find out what was going on too, but still would not tell me which shipping service they were using, they just said they were checking with my "local currier." Since they could not give me accurate tracking information or deliver my items, I asked for a refund. They told me I could not have a refund once it was past one hour after I placed my order. I wrote back again to request either or refund or accurate tracking information with a stated delivery service by the end of business on 6/3/20, and I did not receive any response.

Desired Outcome

I asked for a refund or an accurate tracking number that I could verify with a delivery service and the company refused. I put in a dispute on the charge with my bank today, but I'm not sure what they will do yet.

I also believe in a 24 Hr problem-solving agenda and I have probed the issue that was raised regarding the package (***-HL) that was ordered last 04/25/2020 and was not received by the customer. The issue has occurred due to the current situation where all our items were hold off because of high volume of shipments. I sincerely apologize for the problem caused by this inconvenience. There might be a miscommunication between our representative and the customer and I will make sure that whoever handles this customer email will be given proper feedback to make sure that this wont happen again and to provide the correct details of the customer's whereabouts of the package. At this point, I cannot process a refund as the package will be sent at the local post office and rest assured that the customer will be receiving the item within this week.

The screen did finally come yesterday, but it was poor quality. I have still not received the speakers to date.

I've ordered from this company on March 23, 2020. My item has still not arrived it's (June 3,2020) when I contacted the company they responded by email and been telling me it's been shipped but the tracking number they provided is an untraceable number. They refuse to refund me too. *** To not provide a working tracking number and refuse a refund is a horrendous business practice

Disconnected numbers. Took my money and did not deliver my product. Won't reply to messages on *** or email. Tried multiple times. Disgusted by this.

They take your money and never deliver the product. They give a ton of excuses such as shipping times are backed up and even using the pandemic as a stall tactic.

I have requested for this company to send me the product that I ordered on February 7, 2020, and I still have not received what I ordered to date (March 30, 2020). I have requested numerous times via their email support group for my product, or refund due to me never receiving the product I paid for, ***. I am very disappointing that I ever ordered anything from this company. I have only had an email correspondence reply back saying they don't give refunds. ***

Greetings, as of today 7-20-20 I still have not received a refund back to my original form of payment. I see Hazel World's response to the Revdex.com, but because of the unwillingness for Hazel World to return my money as I requested on numerous occasions or send the product that I ordered until I got the Revdex.com involved, I will continue to be uncomfortable with Hazel World until I actually receive the refund back. I have checked my account daily (as of 7-19-20). I thank the Revdex.com for possibly resolving my issue with this *** company.

I placed 2 orders on 12/10/19 for Christmas. Order confirmations said eta for delivery was between 12/18 and 12/26. I still have not received items nor a tracking number. I have contacted this company multiple times looking for my order and eventually asking to cancel. They are telling me the order has not shipped, but since it was processed I cannot cancel for a refund and sent me a link to their policy which states that I basically will not be able to return for a refund unless items are defective. I feel after all this time and hassle I deserve a refund.

Ordered a product in November and have just been getting the run around and a bogus tracking number. When I try to contact them by phone no answer and get a form email about a 10 percentage discount to buy from them again.
