Jack took a very " VERY " bad situation and turned it a very positive experience ! He paid out of his own pockets to have our car fixed and I must say it now drives like a dream I know now who to take any of cars if I where to have any problems what so every ! "Thanks Jack"
I spent $2,000 here and when I got my car back nothing was fixed, car was knocking, brakes were destroyed, and rear end was messed up. The owner was however happy to brag about how hard he was driving my car and how fast he was going. He also called me after he saw my negative review on another page so he could cuss me out. Do not use this shop! I had to have my car towed after they "worked" on it because of how bad it was.
I had my car fixed there in August 2016 they charged me 3800 cash is what they wanted so I paid it with a 1 year warranty this was a rebuilt transmission he also said he had to change battery alternator and several other things . On Saturday of this month the belt on the alternator either broke or slipped the car stopped completely in the highway I called them this morning spoke with the rudest man his name was [redacted] the general manager he wouldn't listen to anything I tried to say the man before them he said was fired for stealing. Well I guess that's why I was charged 3800 and he wanted cash only but [redacted] said the belt was covered and he was to busy to talk . I don't recommend Transmission World To anyone!
