An order of gourmet items as placed Dec 1/ Cheese items and breads were especially selected by the buyer This gift was to be delivered Dec24th to Port Colborne It was not received until Dec 28th at which time it was too late for our family gathering The items were left in the delivery truck from 23rd to in StCatharines, ON While the parcels were marked Fragile, they should have been marked Perishable Of the cheeses received, one was chosen by the buyer and the rest were substituted by Hazeltons One - the Brie wheel- was spoiled and could not even be opened
As well, there were items that were ordered that were missing such as baguettes, hummus and *** *** hot choclate
Despite our best efforts by phone, email, etcthis company has not responded at all The cost of this gift - which was two baskets - was $ It is felt that at least a partial refund should be given *** ***
