Hazelwood Cleaners

This is wear and tear and what happened could not have been done here. It looks like a blade cut. I told them there is nothing we can do because it is not our fault. There is no way this one shirt would be damaged. This was just one straight cut. All I would be
able to do is patch it even though this is not our fault
