These pictures were taken after the first visit and were the reason why we showed up the second time.At this point the company determines that you ask for a refund with no particular reason for it and is unable to resolve the matter in your favor.We suggest that you always pay for the services performed per your request and won't accept any more requests from you or people related to you

Dear Mr***,We received your complaint after the first scheduled appointment where the issue was that "the sills and screens were not cleaned by the cleaning crew".I sincerely apologized and offered you to come back and fix the issue myself and you accepted.When I showed up I cleaned the sills
twice making sure the dirt is removed and asked you if you'd prefer me to wash the screens or simply brush them off the dust.I also pointed out that if we wash them (the screens) and install back on the windows that may also wet the glass and cause streaks.You agreed that at this point it would be better to dust off the screens.Before I left your house I asked and made sure we had satisfied your requests and nothing else is was expected from us to complete this job.You said yes.Yesterday I came back from another hard day on the field to find out that there is a complaint in the *** *** review center from you regarding our recent services and you asked for a refund.Now,I don't quite agree that there is a good reason for a refund since all points of service have already been provided for the purchased window cleaning deal for 199$.You were also not required to pay extra charges because you clearly fit in the deal offered.We are a small business.No large offices,no expensive software equipment and no neckties during work.In fact I am writing you this today around midnight from my old ** laptop.But we are proud of what we have built and what we do to make people smile :)With that being said what I can offer you now is to schedule a free third appointment where we have to agree on some reasonable requests regarding the same offer purchased and finalize this case.Please before we do that be specific on what else would be needed to complete the task.Sincerely,*** ***HiCleaners***www.hicleaners.net

Please see photos attached. they are photos of window frames after second visit. I should not have to follow you around and point out that dirt on window frame.  The deal was to clean interior and exterior of up to 20 windows INCLUDING screens. Clean not dust. Also window sills, tracks and frames. It is obvious from pictures that frames and sills were not clean. I did accept dusting of screens on second visit as I felt I really had no choice as you told me that cleaning them would ruin the windows.  I do see that your new offer for the same price does not include frames and sills. But I do have a copy of the original deal I purchased that does include frames and sills.  [redacted] called you Monday indicating I would try a third time for Tuesday but as of today Saturday I never received a call from you. At this point I am done and I will clean my own window frames and sills. I will only accept a full refund.
