H&B Auto Appraisers

Ireceive an appraisal from HB Appraisers regarding damages to the top of my vehicle including my sunroof. This appraisal was submitted to my insurance who approved the damages. I took my car to an repair shop the repair shop requested the appraiser to come back out to do another assessment. The appraiser approved additionals services to my sunroof,and the repair shop continue with the repairs. There after the repair shop informed that sunroof was not covered and dont worry.I contacted all involved, [redacted] Dodge(repair shop) and HB Appaisers. I never received any documents from HB Appraisers regarding additional approvals. End result I have a hard-top, that was never authorized by myself
