Review: I purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonnata on 09/**/2012 and City World Hyundai supplied and installed an alarm system on the car. The alarm has been malfunctioning and I contacted the service department to set up an appointment with the alarm technitian, only to be told they dont have a technitian anymore. I contacted the sales manager, [redacted] to find out where I can have my alarm fixed under the warranty. For 2 wks. I have been trying to reach him and he is 'somewhere else' or 'he's with a customer' and he will call me. I have made several calls to him and He has made no effort to try to reach me or to resolve the issue. If he is not going to fix it I would like them to remove it and refund my money. -Desired Settlement: repair the system or remove it and refund my money.

I have also sent [redacted] a fax and an email on 07/**/13 with a request to repair or refund on the alarm system. This is the 3nd time I am having problems with this company. When I bought the car I cancelled a service contract and the 100,000 mile contract within 30 day requirement. They refunded the money for the contract but wouldnt refund the sales tax. While reviewing the sales contract I discovered that they added .442% to the tax which they would not refund. I had to contact the Dept. of Tax to get my refund.
