To Whom This May Concern, This will be my last response to *** ***’s complaintI did not “swear” at this womanI did tell her that I was taking her to court because she had not paid for her oil deliveryIt is unfortunate that she has decided to involve the Revdex.com in this matter; this is a classic example of an individual simply not paying for a service providedShe is very confused when remembering the sequence of events and what actually took placeMembers of my staff and I believe that she suffers from a mental illness and that she should get some professional help in dealing with issues such as thisThis matter will be eventually decided by a judge in a court of law, and therefore I will have no further involvement with Ms***’s Revdex.com Complaint. *** *** PresidentHB Energy Solutions***

fuel and wanted the delivery made before the payment arrived. I agreed to do that and made the delivery. The payment had not been sent, she had lied about that and then claimed we never made the delivery. I verified with staff, our oil driver, and delivery ticket that in fact we did make the delivery when requested. This woman simply does not want to pay for the oil delivery she is responsible for.  I spoke with her on the telephone and informed her  I was taking her to court and we will let a judge decide who is telling the truth in the matter.  Thank you,  [redacted]President      [redacted]HB Energy Solutions[redacted]

I rejected this complaint because I had been looking to get ahold of the owner for over 2 months on this complaint not to mention the complaint of the furnace issue after their contractor had come to clean the furnace and put a hole in it and had to come repair it and then during the repair the left a switch on that made it furnace run for over 24 hours straight without shutting off. I was told by several of then I was getting discounts for all the hassle as well as was being told that the fuel would be delivered but it never was and when I called to ask why it wasn't I wss told by [redacted] she would look into it and have [redacted] call me which he never did. I then called a week later and spoke to a [redacted] everyday for over a week looking to talk to [redacted] who never called me back until April 23rd at 2:03 pm on a Sunday I asked why he hadn't not called back sooner and he said well frankly I have been way tomorrow busy . deal with you , these issues I then said well 2 months is and bit crazy and I said I want to handle this and he said yup are you gonna pay for fuel and I said no because it wasn't delivered and I then swore at me and said he was going to take me to court and hung up the phone. I then had not heard from him again until yesterday May 1st when again he called asked if I was paying I said no and he then again called me a swear and hung up the phone and I have the phone record to show the calls both times.
