In July We purchased granite and Paid HB kitchen and bath to cut and install our graniteThey ruined the slabs and did a completely sloppy jobadditionally the invoice we signed calls for a bull nose which is round and they left us with an ugly square edge After complaining they refused to refundthen once I left negative rating on yelp they agreed to a refund if I removed the negative ratingsso we agreed to those termsHowever because I had already disputed the charges with my credit card that process had to finish and they decided to fight the dispute and not refund me(Mind you I have the text messages where they agreed to refund me with a cashiers check) I still want a full refund that I am due and deserve!

*** was quick to tell me that my project was too small and he did me a favor by taking my jobThreatened to put a lien on my houseDetail - Hired them to install new floor+paint on half-bathAfter some work on flooring was done he was not happy that he didn't get paid for partial work - I asked him to finish the work before I pay himHe sent me some nasty text messagesI had to settle the contract mid-way and finish the project myself

I can't believe it's been months after Richard and his crew completed out kitchen remodel that I am writing this review
My wife and I recently purchased a home and it's kitchen was severely outdated, and in need of a complete overhaulOur remodel consisted of new quartz countertop, new cabinets, relocating fridge, relocating wall mount oven, converting electric range to gas range, new apron sink install, installing built in microwave into cabinet, removal of old tube light ceiling and replacing with updated lightbox installation with led recessed lights, and the list goes onWe had several bids from various contractors, and hb kitchen bath was by far the best contender
Richard and his team were extremely punctual, they completed the job when they said they would, and Richard's communication with my wife and I during the whole process was very in depthHe would always keep us informed on progress and certain things to look out for which we appreciated very much
The workers were quiet and polite, always cracking jokes while hardly taking any breaks! These guys get the job done
HB Kitchen Bath will without a doubt be our first choice in our future house projects! Thank you Richard, and HB Kitchen for the amazing job!
