HB Rental Properties

Review: On 8/14/2014 I set up a showing for a rental house on [redacted], PA with Michelle S[redacted], who works for HB rental properties. I liked the property and decided to put in a application for it. The following day I placed an application for the house consisting of my fiance and I pay stubs, social security numbers, copy of each of our licenses, and our credit reports. Michelle received the applications, and looked them over the same day (Friday). She had a few concerns about our applications, and said that she will have to have "Huge" look them over, and will get back to us either Friday night, or Saturday morning. I have no idea who "Huge" is. She has yet to get back to us. I have called her several times, and have left numerous messages. I even called her personal cell phone. I am not sure if HB rental properties is a real company, or if my fiance and I got scammed. I am worried about identity theft. I am also worried about them being a legitimate company because I am sure that a real company would be professional enough to call me back with such important information.Desired Settlement: I would like to know why I was purposefully ignored, and strung along. I would like prof that HB rental properties is a real, established company.
