HB Towing

I am rejecting this response because: They were informed by a property owner that I was in the correct driveway and they should not towThey towed anywayThey also are required to confirm the caller belongs to that drivewayThey did NOT do thisI know they did not do this because the HOA has verified that the parties that called the tow do not belong near that driveway, nor did they have authorization to towI've also read up on California laws regarding towing and they are required to show authorization or it can be assumed they did not have authorizationThey refuse to give the authorizing informationThey towed my vehicle illegally and they are very aware of this

Consumer states: The HOA has contacted me and told me that this was an illegal towIt is a Scion XB

Company states: We can only look up by the make and model of the vehicle
