THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Do not use them! I came across them online when looking for health insurance The sales associate that I spoke with said that, through the insurance she was signing me up for, my prescript medications would be covered and that the copay for them would be $ When I tried to pick my prescriptions up from the pharmacy, the prices were several hundred dollars! It turns out they are only giving me a small discount on my prescriptions and not actually covering them, even though that is not what I was originally led to believe
When I called HBC, I spoke with *** in the customer service department who was rude and basically told me that only some of my prescriptions can be picked up at the pharmacy and that others have to be ordered online It turns out that when you order prescriptions online through the website they gave me it takes 4-weeks to recieve them! I called again and they said that there is nothing they can do and were very unapoligetic about the fact that they did not tell me any of this up front
I then spoke with the female manager who was also very rude and kept talking over me and basically said she didn't believe that the sales associate ever told me that my prescriptions would be covered and that this was all basically my fault for not understanding correctly These people are liars and scammers!!!
