Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My calls and messages haven't been returned since they retracted times this week from completing the job On 1/5/I was notified that a contractor by the name of [redacted] would call to schedule the replacement He called that day and stayed work would start Saturday On Friday I received a txt that work is being delayed due to weather being under degrees On Saturday the contractor calls stating that work was delayed now until next week because the material was not available locally and was being ordered from Corpus that it would arrive Wednesday Granted this material should have already been bought to start on the weekend Now Tuesday comes around I reach out to [redacted] and he states material was not order after all that the company owners want me to choose from colors available at [redacted] *** So Wednesday [redacted] goes to my work to show me the options I can chose from He stayed he would start Thursday to finish Friday Thursday came around and nothing I spoke with [redacted] and stayed material was not available waiting to speak to owners Now I'm at Friday still no answers Spoke to [redacted] contractor and stated he was stopped from starting his not being funded I left messages to both [redacted] and [redacted] with not a single call back Once again I'm being lied to no one from the company is responding or being honest Yet they had no problem cashing in from my Insurance 17k I want my roof replaced and $they stated they would returned when I signed the release of funds over to them Plus I want to be called back and not just hear from contractors without a say Regards, [redacted] ***

There is some truth and some untruth in the statements from the response, the client can call myself, or Sanjuana, or Kevin at anytime, and we always answer our calls, there has been a delay on this project, however we are working diligently to resolve this in a timely manner, please have the client contact me directly, thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I want to report HBC Tech for failure to fulfil their obligation to replace the roof from my homeSince this summer they cashed 17,from a claim submitted with my insuranceThey have not fulfilled their obligation and I keep being delayed stating that my project is not fundedOwners don't answer back to messages nor callsThe employees who answer can't get any straight answers from them eitherI currently have a home with an uninsured roof while this company profited on my behalf Regards, [redacted] ***

We will contact this client on Monday for scheduling, we have been running behind, I'll make sure it gets taken care of

This was an unfortunate oversight on our part, we will contact the client on Friday and resolve this issue
