Hello, This order has already been voided on Dec16th, We have notified the customer that the item is sold out and we are cancelling the order By cancelling the order, the amount is voided automatically from our system and was not charged It was done from our end, however we do not have any control of what the customer's bank does from their end They have total discretion on when to put the money back.The customer received his money within a week, we understand that he wanted to receive his money earlier, but that's beyond our control It all depends on his bank, we already voided the transaction from our endThank you,Jorg B [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: A copy of the purchase invoice was previously attached and again providedThe item was listed as "NEW" NOT refurbishedI just received the refund
This order has already been refunded in full on 12/13/before even the customer's complaint She placed the order on Pricefalls.com and the camera was clearly stated as refurbished When she wanted to return the item, we sent her a return label which she kept claiming that she did not
receive The return label was then sent directly to Pricefalls for confirmation, and they did confirm that she received it When she finally returned the product back, the full amount was refunded Again she claimed that she did not receive the refund We have proof of the refund being issued to her credit card and also Pricefalls did confirm that she in fact did receive the full refund. We acted in good faith and total respect to the customer even though she kept threatnening and harrasing our employees. This is a libel claim
