Bought a [redacted] deal with them for a power wash of my house and booked it weeks in advanceI wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this "deal." As others have posted, they cancelled my appointment a few hours before they were supposed to show up claiming they were behind because of rain for the past few weeksExcuse me??!! The sun is shining outside right nowThis is no way to run a business!!! I understand that you may have rain delays and rescheduling, but you reschedule the people who actually HAD rain on their date and not the people who had sunshine on existing appointmentsIt makes no sense to reschedule everyone and bump all of your existing customers on that dateIt sounds like their pat excuse from other reviews I have readNow I have no knowledge of how good or bad they are with detailing carsBut if you are thinking of using them for a home power wash, be warned! Thank goodness [redacted] helped me get my money backHBG is not even returning my messagesI would give HBG negative stars in my review if that was an optionNot taking another day off from work for themI'll take my business elsewhere since they obviously have trouble honoring their scheduled appointments and make lame excuses
