The salesman that the consumer mentions in this complaint, suddenly died and I do not know if he actually received the sonos or not. have never personally met the consumer. I cannot just be giving a product away. The bank has taken possession of [redacted]’s house and I won’t know anything until I can physically get in there and see if the product is there. I am now dealing with the government and the bank.
