The customer Mr*** signed up with the company year and one months ago in October with $dollars downThe company was ready to install job last year and our sub contractor *** *** had all materials purchased and was trying to schedule the job which kept being pushed out from ***
***, then said he had no money and wasn't able to start the project a couple week later after signing upThen agreed to put a deposit down in December, then December came and said he could afford to pay us any Money because his job shorted him on overtime, and asked if we could work with him and give him until tax season to come up with the money so we then allowed us to work with *** ***After all the run around for a year then *** *** wanted to cancel, turned down multiple attempt to schedule the job, offered to deliver his material and were turned down on all attemptsAt this point in time it has the file has been handed over to our Company Corporate attorney and *** *** has reached out to his attorney and we decided to hand it over to our attorneys and have came to a resolution, and we are currently awaiting the legal documentation to be sent to our company at tourney and we believe the situation has now been resolved at this point

The job was fully completed, we were contracted to remove and replace a roof which was done and gave *** *** a hefty $discount because we we contracted tondo the roof and didn't want to get stuck with material and he said he didn't have the money to do the jobWe worked with him and
the job was doneWe were contracted to do the roof not the gutters, he needs New guttersWe sent out the installer foreman 10/and fixed his gutter to satisfaction and even replaced a area when he requested us to just repitch a areaThat is now done and completedThe ripped screens are just as old as the Windows plus years oldWe didn't rip the screens they were already torn in small sections but we will pay him a check of $and change to satisfy ** *** as a customer

Miss ***'s job was fully completed and she didn't pay for her precast steps and said would pay when the precast steps or setPrecast steps are and can be put out there on her patio but we will just have to wait until the weather transpired to set them properly although we could drop precast steps off in mortar them down laterWe will reach out to Miss *** to see if that works for her

If customer over paid will check file and issue backIf the customer had to have a gate reattached that means we have the cost from removing it in the 1st place which should have been removed before we arrived to start the jobWe did not charge any extrasIf the $was overpaid it will be
returned of course

This happens to be my second complaint. I have also written a review. I contacted the Revdex.com earlier this year do to my issues with this company and the lack of the professionalism and workman ship. As of today my job is still not completed. My last contact with the company was on October 29 which I advised them to not contact me any longer as I could not take the attitude of [redacted] the owner. I found after contacting another company that my entire job has to be re done as it was not done in the first place. I signed a contact in April, and promise after promise thing did not get one until I either posted a complain on here, Angie's List or their own site. [redacted] is a very rude individual. You can also refer to my review as well The did reply to the Attorney General the work was completed which it ha not been. I found they did not pull a permit to do the work and there is no run off for my patio so the water pulls at the back of my house. The sub contractor who did the cement work, obtain the job from Craig's list which I had to pay them directly and they were to come back the next day. they never returned. I still do not have rear steps tot my home which were to be installed in Sept. When I made an on line comment, [redacted] texted me and stated I am interference with his honeymoon. I did not ask him to contact me. I did not trust this company to do any more work since what was done was not proper and unsatisfactory. I do have photos and the test messages as well. I am looking for a refund of the money I paid so I can start over and have my home completed properly. My mother who is 80 years old as well as my 2 dogs along with not being able to use my yard for all of the spring and summer holidays was unbelievable. I asked several times for my refund of the deposit and was told I signed a contract which only they can break. I paid the balance when the cement was poured but the work was not finished and they had all added the bill wrong and wanted an additional dollars at the end of Sept. When I said I signed a contact and that it was not my concern your sales man did not add correctly I was repeatedly yelled at and talked to in an unprofessional manner. I finally reached an agreement to pay part of the amount in hopes my work would be done which it has not. I don't believe they responded to my first complaint and it was closed.
