Client paid the Rx$online and when requested the return, which is a non refundable as mentioned on our website we did refund the amount $on 7/6/17.I just called the merchant company and they informed me that due to some technical issues the refund did not go thru.I called Mr [redacted] Martin and asked him which method of refund would he like check or cash- he choose cash and he will be going to the wellness center to get the cash $
