Mr [redacted] registered for Test Masters FE Course on July 7th, The course was for daysHe signed the “FE Course Student Agreement”, a copy of which is attachedPlease see “Passing Guarantee”, according to which he was required to watch all the videos to repeat the course at no charge.Attached is the list of videos, their length, and duration watchedAs many as videos he did not watch for the full durationSome he even watched for only one minuteTherefore, he does not qualify for a free repeat He was given the option to extend the videos for a nominal fee of $60/monthHe didn’t accept itWe have reviewed his Diagnostic ReportHe was close to passingHad he watched all the videos we are very sure that he would have passedAlso, if he had extended the videos for only one month for a fee of $and again taken the exam, he would have passed He can still extend the videos for a fee of $60/month effective the date the videos expired, November 4th, We will give him 20% discount as the period will be over months From his exam scores, I can say that Mr [redacted] is smartWith a slight extra efforts, he will pass

It is obvious that [redacted] still doesn’t get it and keeps threatening We want to reiterate that he enrolled for our [redacted] on January 19, The course was for fixed days and ended on May 24, During the days he never asked for any solutions During this period he had access to complete course including all solutions The first request we received for solutions was on August 25, 2015, three months after the course ended and seven months after the course had started As we said earlier, [redacted] is exactly like a person who insists on free car repairs under warranty long after the warranty period has ended He keeps insisting that he has paid for the car and deserves free repairs In his email dated August 25th he had asked for Dynamics solutions Even though he is not entitled, we are attaching the solutions just to bring the matter to a closure He would have got it long time ago if he had not tried to bully us.Test Masters Educational Services, Inc

Ms*** *** has made many incorrect statements
Regardless, we would like to point out the following:
Please see the attached PE Course Student Agreement which
has been signed by Ms***It says the following:
a“No additional
educational or technical support will
be provided.” Disregarding it, Ms
*** insisted on getting the supportTest Masters deals with thousands of
students and it is impossible to provide individual support
b“Once you enroll
in the course by submitting the agreement, there is no refund of the fees paid.”
She refused to understand and accept itShe will not get any refund
Ms*** wanted to watch the videos and do personal work
and study on Federal Government timeIs it legal? She works for the Federal
Government and it seems due to government firewall or some other reason she
couldn’t watch the videos in her officeShe had no problems once she started
watching it at home as she should have done
She has watched many videos as per the attached list
Some of the videos were watched for much longer timeFor example, the Engineering
Economics videos was for only minutes, but it was watched for hours and
minutesIt is repeated for several subjectsShe needs to explainOne
reason could be that she was letting others watch, which is blatant violation
of the attached agreement
We have extremely clear course offering policyPlease
see the attached which says, “Every
course may not make at every locationIf a course does not meet the minimum
enrollment requirement by the early registration deadline, it may be cancelled
and fees paid will be refundedYou will be given option to transfer to any
other location or take the online course.” The course at her location didn’t
make and she agreed to take the online course
She has been trying to do her personal work and study on
Federal Government timeEven the complaint submitted to Revdex.com was at 1:09:PM
on Wednesday, December 16, We would like to get a letter from her
employer clarifying whether Federal Government employees can do personal work
in office on government timeWe are not aware of any city, state, federal
government agencies which would allow personal study or work by employees on
government time
She claims “I took the 8hr exam and did not pass by
points.” The examining agency, NCEES never releases the cutoff score for
passingWe would like to know the basis of her statement
We reserve the right to report her activities to her
employer and also the PE Board and ask them whether her actions are legal,
professional, and ethical

MrMichael ** *** *** took the PE exam required for getting license to practice as a Professional EngineerThis is a tough and rigorous exam that needs a lot of hard work and preparationThis is the most important exam an engineer takes in his professional lifeWe are sorry to say that M** *** *** was not willing to put the efforts for the exam as can be seen from the following: Anyone taking any exam must get familiar with the examHe should have gone to the website, www.***.org, to get an idea of the specifications of the exam*** is the body which conducts this examIt takes only less than one minute to go to the website and review the two pages of the exam specificationsM** *** *** did not do so and had absolutely no idea of the examAfter the exam, I spoke with himTo my surprise he had absolutely no idea of the exam specifications even after the examHe took the exam in Mechanical Engineering in which he had no educational backgroundAccording to him, his BS degree is in Nuclear EngineeringAs he didn’t go to the *** website, he had no idea that he could’ve taken the exam in Nuclear EngineeringHis graduate degrees were in non-technical areasObviously he had absolutely no educational background in the Mechanical EngineeringTherefore, a chance of passing the exam in Mechanical Engineering is very lowBased upon my years teaching experience, I would rate the chance of his passing to be less than one percentHe never asked our opinion on what exam he should takeIf he had done that, we would have advised him to take the exam in Nuclear Engineering as the passing rate for the first time takers is 72%This year, 2017, *** divided the Mechanical Engineering exam into three different examsTherefore, we provided notes of all the three exams so that the students have the notes for whatever exam they decide to takeFor each of the different exam, we provided additional notes and even conducted hours of classes using *** *** *** at no additional chargeM** *** *** didn’t do additional problems and also didn’t care to attend the additional hours of the classesOther students were grateful for us conducting the hours course at no additional chargeTest Masters works hard, bend backwards to help all our students taking the examIt is very important for us that our students pass the exam We are very sorry to say that M** *** *** was not serious about the examAgain, he had no educational background for the exam and was not willing to put in the hard work and effortsHe didn’t see the exam specifications, which is incredibleHe didn’t attend the hours of additional coaching we did at no charge to himWe would be very pleasantly surprised if he passes the examHe has our best wishesIf he does not pass, he is advised to take the next exam in the Nuclear EngineeringThere will be no refundAs a matter of fact, he owes us an apology for this frivolous complaintTest Masters Educational Services, Inc

specific orderFirst, this customer requested access to additional
tutorial
sessions following the conclusion of this student’s course Please note that the student’s course had not concluded as there was
still one class remaining. We
gave the student access to additional group tutorial sessionsThis customer
then specifically asked for additional Essay Writing helpWhen it was
explained to this customer that our Writing Tutorials do not cover Essay
Writing, rather focusing on multiple choice writing (grammar) questions, she
was no longer satisfied with the Group Tutorial option available to herIt was
then explained to her that the type of help she was specifically seeking could
be better provided in the context of a 1-on-tutoring sessionAs she was unsatisfied with the prospect of scheduling a
1-on-tutoring session, at this time we suggested an alternative option: we
offered to release online video lectures specific to this topic to the student
or alternatively allow him unlimited access to our computer lab, where he could
access video lectures dealing with Essay Writing and other ACT topicsIt was
at this time that the parent notified us of her student’s visual disability
Please note that we were not notified of this student’s visual disability prior
to the course; it was not until this customer was no longer satisfied with the
extra help options available to this student that we were informed of any kind
of visual impairmentWe immediately took steps to provide enlarged materials
for this studentSpecifically, for the student’s very next scheduled class we
included an enlarged exam specifically for him to work on; however, it appears
the student did not attend that class
We would like to point out that we strive to provide
excellent customer service to all of our students and their parentsIn the
past we have made accommodations for students with special needs in the past
such as large print materialsWe had no issue providing those accommodations
once notified of this student’s needs

As a following of our earlier response, we reiterate that the problem is not the course as he himself says, “Given enough time I would have solved most, if not all of them.” The problem is not the courseThe main problem is his speed of working the problems as he himself says, “When the minutes remaining time was called, I realized that only a little over 50% of the problems were solved and I guessed the rest.” No one should expect to pass the exam if he solves only 50% of the problems We have already released the free repeat of the courseThere will be no refund Test Masters Educational Services, Inc

*** *** *** enrolled for our *** ** *** on
January 19, 2015. The course is for fixed
days. It ended on May 24, 2015. During this period he was expected to view all
the videos and do the problems. During
the days he never asked for any
solutions.
The first request we received for solutions from him was on August 25th,
three months after the course had ended.
It took him months to realize that he did not have solutions. The fact is that he had all the videos and all
the solutions during the period of days from January 19, thru May 24th. Apparently he never checked them. He had an option to extend the course period
beyond days at a rate of $60/month.
If he purchased an extension for four months or more he gets a 20%
discount. He did not want to extend the
course, but wanted us to provide him the solutions three months after the
expiration date. Not only that, he
threatened that unless we provide him, he will approach Revdex.com. *** *** is exactly like a person who insists on free
repairs under a warranty long after the warranty period has ended. When denied, he threatens to report to Revdex.com or
any such organization unless the repairs are done absolutely free
This course is a professional course designed to help
engineers to get their professional license as an engineer. We expect the person to act in a professional
manner. It is company policy to help and
provide the best possible service but never to give in to threats and bullying
tactics. By an email dated August 31,
he was advised as follows:
Even though you are
not entitled to the solutions almost months after the course has expired, we
will try to help you and get solutions if you withdraw your threat and
apologize for making the threat. If you
are not willing to do that, you will not get any solutions and you can go ahead
and complain to Revdex.com
*** *** needs to understand that threats and bullying
tactics do not work in professional settings.
We will still bend backwards and send him the solutions provided he does
the following:
1.
Apologize for threats and reporting to Revdex.com
2.
Withdraw his complaint with Revdex.com
