HCA Physician Services

Spoke to Front desk and Pt. services this a.m. I inadvertently forgot to deposit a refund check for $10.00 from HCA Pt.Serv. Center. Bank would not take bc it was older than 6 mos. called and was asked to mail it to address in front of check attn. Refunds.
With a note accompanying the check explaining why I was returning it.
Seems a lot of trouble for $10,but it costs more than that to Cx a chk, so I see why they would want me to send it in. I will ask for my postage to b reimbursed or a stamp to b included w my check.
The CSR was very cordial, as was the Front desk. CSR explained to me that they handled accounting for Doctor's offices as I was not really sure why I would be getting a check from a physician company inTenessee when I lived I. The Houston area.
I was satisfied with the Customer Service experience, thus far. Hope they send the check back w/o any problems.
