I wish they had integrated the systems as it would have made life easier for all.Our procedure of having the customer send an email has worked perfectly for 5 years this is the first time an email was missed and we are very sorry. We have never had a complaint with the Revdex.com, In the last 5 years we have redeemed every gift card brought in and it was in no attempt to disobey a law or treat our customers poorly. We are a highly reputable business but sometimes our staff doesn’t communicate as well as we would like despite policies and procedures in place. We will discuss this situation with our staff so it doesn't happen to anyone else. And we will post a sign in the coffeehouse for others with gift cards from the older system so communication is accurate. We have never not honored a gift card and will continue to honor them all.Your gift card has $10 and was purchased on 8-27-2008 and hasn't had any redemption since.You can redeem it right this minute if you'd like.
