Mr. [redacted] was covered under our Atlas International policy which is issued on a non-admitted basis to The Atlas / International Citizen Group Insurance Trust out of Hamilton, Bermuda. The insurance is underwritten by Lloyds, London and HCC Medical Insurance Services (HCC MIS) is the...

We have processed all of Mr. [redacted]'s claims and he should receive payment shortly. While we attempt to work directly with a hospital to bill us directly, a provider is under no obligation to do so and a member is instructed to pay his claim and submit it to us for reimbursement.
