This company was retained to provide pressure washing services at my residence on *** ** *** HCC performed most of the job and was paid in full for *** On *** *** I notified the company of several locations that were missed during the cleaning I have followed up weekly with HCC via phone, email and text in the subsequent *** *** Initially, I was told that HCC would be back out soon to complete the work, but I have not had any communication from them since a *** *** *** from owner *** *** stating "We will get you taken care of tomorrow afternoonI apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you." The work was not completed and the company is no longer responding to my concerns
