Weeks without a response is unacceptable for business. After 5 weeks and multiple attempts at follow up (via text, phone and email), no response was provided for work performed.

I'm an out of state landlord and did not receive an invoice on hours worked, pictures or an update on work performed. This was supposed to be phase one of a two phase project, and this information was important for budgeting, planning and accountability.

I finally drove to the property (5 hours away) to see that critical construction (a support beam) was on the wrong wall. I communicated this, but received no response.

This lack of follow up and communication is unacceptable.
