u got a solar package from them and they started the work and they did not finish the job have holes in the wall and a hole in the ceiling can not get the instruction that came with the unit so I do not know if this unit is a reburish unit or new with warrenty had to take many days off of work so they could come and not complete the work still need the attric insultation always got some reason for not able to complete work this has been going on for months now need to get this done and offer to finish up the insultation if they pay for it and just get excuses Product_Or_Service: solar and insultation
