I Have been in contact with [redacted] as much as I can at this point. My Dad just passed away on 11/25/16 and I have been spending a lot of time with him the past 6 months. I have never told [redacted] that these items wont be taken care of. I also have not received payment in full from him and have had to put out money on items that he needs to pay (fireplace fronts, extra lumber, grading etc.) I have had a tough time getting subcontractors out to his property because of how busy they are and the fact that [redacted] always asks them to do more than just fix certain items. (grading) the engineer has been out there and took a look at the problem with the deck column settling. it is partially due to all of the extra weight that [redacted] put in that area of his bbq with stone and tile. It was supposed to be stucco. the items that were on his punch list are pretty much done. [redacted] is constantly adding items to his list. i'm only responsible for the items on his original punch list. most of which have been taken care of.Thank you,Eric G. contract for Tuscany to build my house was signed on 09/26/2014, construction started in November 2014 (hole was dug before Thanksgiving 2014).   CO was granted 12/01/2015 – date of closing (14 months after start of construction, when above contract states 365 days).  A check for the remaining amount was given to Tuscany on 12/01/16, after the closing (Eric was present for the closing to collect his check).I sent you a copy of the contract and pics of things that Tuscany needs to complete. To be CompletedGarage Floor damage from pressure cleaner (uninsured cleaning company) - please see picStucco Work to patch sliding door repair, exterior door in master, master leaky window, grill roof separating from house, grill counter top separating from house, and the basement bedroom window top left corner -  please see picTwo door thresholds need replaced, damaged by contractors - please see picDeck not level, and grill wall pulling away from the house - need engineering work to understand how to fix per Eric.  Met with engineer, Jason Baker, on 11/22/16 to discuss.  Eric from Tuscany did not show up.Deck rail not secure - moves freely - afraid that when several people lean against the rail at the same time it may break free and they will fall a story and a half.Scratches on several windows (right side of main fireplace, office door windows, sliding glass door) made by uninsured cleaning company.Scratches on mirror in powder room made by uninsured cleaning companyScratches on cooktop stainless steel strip made by stone contractorConcrete foundation wall leak in equipment roomPay BMC the $150.00 for spraying the vanity on 11/17/2016Master bedroom door needs alignedGarage floor has 2 large cracks – happened in first two months, was told there was a 1 year warrantySqueaky steps in the garagePay for the stone work, installation of vanity, dry wall work, and painting in the powder room - $140.00Please let me know if you would like to discuss any of the line items above, I could be reached at [redacted]Thanks - [redacted]2 Attachments

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because there is not time frame on completion or schedule of work to be done.Below this line are the comments to the response - I am deeply sorry to hear about his loss, the only thing that I want is for this project to be completed !-------------------------------------------------------------------------------... Have been in contact with [redacted] as much as I can at this point. ** (12/12) – the last time Eric answered a text, voice mail, or email was 9/27/16----------------------------------My Dad just passed away on 11/25/16 and I have been spending a lot of time with him the past 6 months. ** (12/12) – I am so sorry for your loss---------------------------------I have never told [redacted] that these items wont be taken care of.** (12/12) – that is true--------------------------------------- I also have not received payment in full from him and have had to put out money on items that he needs to pay (fireplace fronts, extra lumber, grading etc.) ** (12/12) – Grading was paid in full in final draw on 12/15/15.  The grading that was done by [redacted], however the grading did not direct the water away from the house; the standing water after the final grade was done was worse.  The standing water was a few feet from the foundation and there were geese swimming in the water.  I told Eric to hold the money until the standing water issue was resolved.  Best of knowledge [redacted] was not paid, on 4/27/16 [redacted] emailed that they are done with Eric to find someone else to do the final grading.  Why would the homeowner have to pay additional money to fix work that was already paid for that did not work ?Eric will have to justify any additional payment for lumber with numbers and linear footage used.  Framing material (lumber) is $7,704.37 over his original estimate and to date I have no written justification with numbers.  There are allot of other items we can discuss after the punch list is completed.-------------------------------I have had a tough time getting subcontractors out to his property because of how busy they are and the fact that [redacted] always asks them to do more than just fix certain items. ** (12/12) Eric having a difficult time getting contractors out to fix things, that maybe accurate – but no additional things were ask to be fixed unless Eric directed me to do so - i.e. framer was fixing the deck, misaligned doors and leaky window – I texted Eric about a squeaky step and he told me to tell them to fix it. ------------------------------------(grading) the engineer has been out there and took a look at the problem with the deck column settling. it is partially due to all of the extra weight that [redacted] put in that area of his bbq with stone and tile. It was supposed to be stucco. ** (12/12) the bbq area was always stucco on the exterior and stone on the inside with a granite or tile countertop.  That is the way we wanted it from the beginning of the project.-----------------------------------the items that were on his punch list are pretty much done. [redacted] is constantly adding items to his list.** (12/12) the only thing added to the punch list is the leaky window, it had to rain to see the leak – the window was not installed correctly per the window rep and owner of the company that the windows were purchased from.  Eric was sent the pictures.------------------------------------------------- i'm only responsible for the items on his original punch list. most of which have been taken care of.** (12/12) the original list has the items listed below that have not been fixed or taken care of.·        Two door threshold were damaged by contractors – Eric saw them ·        Garage floor pressure cleaner removed finish, Eric saw that and said he has a friend that started a business repairing concrete floors and he would let me know – never did·        Cleaning company scratched several windows, sliding glass door, and powder room mirror.  Eric saw them and said he had another house that the same cleaning company scratched several of their windows and has a company which removes the scratches doing that house and he would let me know how it came out – never heard back from Eric.·        Stucco patching from the repair to the sliding glass door, master bedroom exterior door, master bedroom window and the basement bedroom window.  The doors and window were repaired on ~9/27/16 and the stucco patch work is not scheduled yet, best of my knowledge.·        Never received a full size drawing package (Architectural Drawings, Structural information, Roof Plan, Exterior Elevations, Foundation, Plumbing, Lighting, Electrical, Mechanical Plan, Wall Sections) with the unfinished basement bedroom and bathroom included.  Paid $9,000 for the drawings and have not received them.I am only trying to get this project completed.  We closed on the house on 12/01/15.  Yes the list is short, please complete the project.Regards,
