HCK9 (Harijan Complete K9 Academy)

I made a purchase for my dog to attend daycare at *** for a week. This company just asked how old my dog was and the breed and quickly took my money. They never asked if my dog was vaccinated or anything eventhough I mentioned it to them and asked them if they needed to see documents since the website stated that vaccination documents was a must. When I made the purchase it was on a Sunday but Monday was closed due to a holiday which I understood. On Tuesday I arrived at 7am which is the opening time and no one was there. I called 4 times and left a message I never got my phone call returned. I even waited 20 minutes and no one arrived so I left due to me having to go to work. I messaged the company through their Facebook page and finally 6-7hrs later I received a phone call. I spoke to the manager who was out of town and he told me he would see whats going on and give me a call back. I never got a call back. I went to the company after work and saw one of the workers hanging around in the parking lot and he told me he was there the whole time and gave me his telephone number so I can call him personally when I arrive at the daycare. He also informed me that I will get the rest of the week free due to the trouble. On Wednesday I returned and I called the worker D. to tell him I was on my way he took my dog and I went to work. My mother picked up my dog from the daycare while I was at work and D. informed her the daycare will be closed due to a gas leak and I will be getting reimbursed when the manager returns on Friday. I never got a call from the manager so once again I messaged their Facebook page to be contacted and I was told I would get a call right away and I have still yet to receive a call or get reimbursed. I must also mentioned I have not seen the company post that the office would be closed due to a gas leak on the property or on the website. Please stay away from this company!!!
