I am rejecting this response
because:as stated in the complaint, the federal government requires all rotors to be stamped with the minimum thickness considered safe for use the term this the discard limit and the word discard has a very specific meaning that shall not be redefined as this will be viewed by the public:1) all future customers need only search for brake rotor minimum thickness to see its specific use, meaning and application.2) upon failed brake inspection, does bmw of austin intend to provide me a vehicle that can be driven for the term of the contract?3) notice that while bmw of austin refuses to honor their signed contract and while they will in person tell you the car is safe to drive, they will not put into writing that rotors 0.9mm below the stamped minimum thickness is safe to drive nor with they specify how low rotors can go below the stamped minimum before they become unsafe the reason they won't do this is they already know that number IS the stamped minimum and that is why the government requires all rotors to be stamped: to avoid situations like this - it is not one persons view verses another, it is stamped onto the part for all to see and measure.as this is a fundamental safety issue, the rotors and pads are to be replaced - because the rotors are mm below the discard limit and for further wasting our time

Tell us why here... We certainly apologize for any inconvenience this series of events has left you in.The information you received from our Dealership, BMW of Austin, is correct. We do not do any collision work here, nor do we have a body shop associated with BMW of Austin. We
would refer any collision work to Round Rock Collision Center in Round Rock Texas if exterior damage is visibly seen on a vehicle to assist the client in speeding up the repair process. It would be of no value for the vehicle to sit here for a day or two and then be shipped to a collision repair facilityWe have forwarded the contents of your complaint to Roadside Services which is overseen by BMW of North America and the Round Rock Collision Center. Since BMW of Austin is not involved in any repair, nor would the vehicle remain at this location for any period of time, there is no provision to provide alternate transportation. We gladly provide loaners for any repair work completed in our shop. Notwithstanding, we will continue to provide any information to either of those businesses or services to assist you with a resolution

BMW of Austin has kindly offered to client, to come and pick up the vehicle, drop off a loaner vehicle, from their residence or business prior to expiration of their extended warranty to re-inspect their brakes for possible replacement
