Fast friendly service and always there when you need them! I use H.D. Crouch @ my residents and for my rental property.
We were scheduled an appt for someone to come and look at our furnace on 5/11/2015 at 5pm. Employee [redacted] came at 3pm. Luckily I was home. He came in asking about air condition, I told him he was here for furnace. He looked shocked. 5 minutes later he comes back to me and says he didn't have correct equipment so he would have to come back. We made appt for Sunday at 1pm. No one showed, no one called. We called them again on Monday, 5/15 and made an appt for Tuesday, 5/16 at 9am. At 10am no one had arrived so we called and [redacted] said oh shoot, I forgot, I will get my stuff and be right over. It is now 4pm and no one has shown up. We have tried calling and it goes straight to voicemail.
