I have been in contact with ** Construction who originally installed the garage door. I have ordered the door but its a special order that takes 4 weeks to get in. If anyone would like a copy of the order...

I placed to prove its on order I would be happy to provide it. Also ** construction told me that they fixed all the siding and roofing issues that mr [redacted] had and that he is satisfied with everything except the garage door and the roof vent which , when the door comes in will both be done the same day. Also I have only received 1 phone call and I have called back twice with no response. Also my salesman [redacted] tried calling twice ( Once today ) and no response or call back of any kind from Mr. [redacted]. I can also provide phone records as well to prove my statement. As long as the homeowners phone number hasn't changed. I am completely in agreement that I want all the work issues corrected as well. My phone is always on and Mr [redacted] can call me at anytime. The garage door and vent will be finished when the door comes in. As far as this complaint all I can say is as far as I know all the issues have been fixed except the ones mentioned. Also to note we have fixed issues that were not issues. The customer wanted things changed that wasn't done incorrectly. If there are any additional issues than please call me to discuss and if I call back please answer the phone so we can get this settled
