Complaint[redacted] from HD Motorcycle Tours in Carson City, NV has used my credit card to pay for other peoples trips and has left us without any reservations and/or confirmations.You can also read about how I was scammed on my blog ... [redacted]I have fully paid for a complete honeymoon trip package and have received nothing. Ms Martinez promised to have full details including confirmations by 30 days prior to departure but delived nothing. When I contacted the cruise directly lines I discovered that not only did I not have any reservations, but my credit card was used to pay for other peoples trips. Some of the charges were made by [redacted] of Carson City, NV, some by HD Motor Cycle Tours of Carson City, NV, and some by [redacted]. I have attempted numerous times to contact [redacted] but she does not answer the phone nor reply to any of my emails. Total charges to date are just under $9K.Product_Or_Service: Honeymoon package - 7 Day NCL cruise in Hawaii,Desired SettlementI am demanding an immediate full refund or I will pursue all avenues of legal and criminal charges.
