I was a Tech contracted through this company(HD Repair/Syntech) up till august 2015, I worked for them almost a yr and had to fight with they for every check they sent me never once was it on time or in full amount due. I am currently still trying to get the last 4k they owe me. But im being told that they are no longer working with Vizio and that they really dont know when I will get my money and if it will be the full amount as they are closing the doors and tell me that none of the techs should expect a payment anytime soon according to [redacted] I have called there tech line (syntech)and they are still running calls, so they are now being fraudulent with those techs if they are closing their doors, I called HD Repair the # to set up a repair and asked them if they were going out of business and the person said no. The money they owe me should have already been collected so if they dont have it now then they Fraudulently spent it. If you are getting a TV repaired make sure it is not with either of these names as they are the same company and I am not the only tech that hasnt gotten paid or still working there and fighting for their checks.
