My crew leader went to the above address and found that some of the leaks are coming from the home owners siding that is on the eave line. He sealed them and went and found the Furnace vent has a hole in it. He sealed it. As I stated before we as roofers NOT plumbers can NOT remove that vent. I do not know what more the families wants from GCR or myself. I will NOT break any LAWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!My crew leader spoke with home owner and she said she is SATISFIED.

They stated the shingles were coming up in some places and they were put back down.   Heavy rains on Monday 2/20 did not bring any more leaks. I have ALWAYS answered [redacted]'s phone calls. I have been out to her MOTHER IN LAWS 2 X's and address each of the issues. The issue at hand concerns the furnace vent on the double wide mobile home. I went out saw that it was leaking, because of mother in law's health didn't hesitate to order another...

[redacted] called me Monday and asked about it, I told her we are waiting, she called Thursday 2-16-17 @11:37 AM from cell # 979-481-0763. And then said that she wanted ME, NOT a employee out here. Told her to remember that I just had MAJOR SHOULDER SURGERY and CA not climb on a roof. she did NOT give a "[redacted]". I told her that I would send crew leader out that way there is NO language barrier between me and her MOTHER IN LAW. I have NEVER, EVRER  met or seen her do NOT if she speaks English or not.Pedro [redacted] my crew leader is going out this afternoon as soon as he can to fix SHINGLES!!!! WE WILL NOT REPLACE the furnace. her mother in law speaks ENGLISH then why in the [redacted] do I have to talk to that lady [redacted]!!!!!
