This is the 2nd time I have ordered through Hdaccessory.com
I received my order from Hdaccessory.com todayOne of the items I purchased was not the right size that I orderedSo I called the company to see what they would doIt took a few tries since it was busy, then was on hold for minutes but finally got a person, a very nice and helpful person
He is sending the correct replacement phone case and new screen coversThe charging cords I ordered work and are very nice since they are covered in cord so they won't break down as easy, and are feet longThe cases I ordered are goodThey have a rubber base and rubber corners and are slim like we wanted, with a plastic outer layer
I tried to email them about a coupon I received the day after I placed my order but they didn't respondIf you have an issue call rather than emailI read a couple of reviews saying they don't respond to emails
The customer service guy who answered the phone was quick and very friendly
As far as durability of the product
You are paying under $for a phone coverIts plasticNot sure how durable you expect it to be but I never had a problem with them the first time I ordered years ago or this timeI would definitely order from them again
