I am rejecting this response because:I did not receive direct contact with HDB NETwork, They lost my goods, 1.I bought full insurance for my goods at this company
and paid the shipping charges,but the company did not make any compensation,just let me wait,wait,wait .2., they did not explain anything until nowno one contact me until now months have passed and the company hasn't solved any problems yet, and it has had a bad influence on my life.5.I have lost parcels in this company, lost in China and no compensation, then this one was lost in the United States, and I hope Revdex.com helps me

I am rejecting this response because:Well, this is a scam. Why I say so is that they are always hiding something. Everytime the words from their mouth are different. As you guys can see from their attachment, my package arrivered in China on 2/18 for customs clearance. And I was waiting and waiting. I kept asking them when I could get it almost everyday. They did not take care of that too much but just saying let me wait for some time. So I trusted them and kept waiting. However, almost 2 months passed. I still did not get my guitar. So I was worried and kept asking them again and again. On 4/10, they updated that my package was held by China Customs on their web. Please note that the information can edited in any way they want because it is their own system. It is not the real tracking information. I still kept asking when I could get it. They said it might take 5-15 days. So I still kept waiting. Unfortunately, 2 weeks passed again. I asked them what was going on. They told me that my package was still held by China Customs because it is a guitar. They said they could not forward instruments like guitars.  I do not know why because I called the headquarters of the China Customs and they said no such thing and the clearance would not last for so long. So I think the forwarding company was finding an excuse to convince me that my guitar was held by China Customs. I did check on their web and they do say instruments are forbidden items for shipping. It is my fault, I have to admit because I did not read about that policy. But here is the funny thing. First, as I mentioned I called China Customs, they said no such thing as long as I pay tax, they will give me the package. Second, even if the company do not ship such item, why they did not notify me? Oh, they may say there are so many packages every day and they do not check the packages they received. OK, now how about that when I submitted the information to them via their web for customs clearance? Didn't they notice that? I do not think they did not see it. Also, they said it was my fault because I did not claim my item value as it should be. Well, it is my fault again but that will not be a problem because according to China Customs policy, if there is some problem about the item, they will return it to the original sender. So I asked them to give some proof that my item was held by customs. You know what, they said they could not. They did not know where my package is. How ridiculous it is. And they even said that it is a business secret, so they can not tell me that. What's worse and funnier, customers will get refund if they did not get their packages after SIX months later according to their policy. I feel so confused because I do not know what is going on with my guitar from the start. This is my 2017 new year gift! They screwed up and they do not want to take responsibility or they stole my guitar because they know their policy. They can find a good reason to do that. I heard a lot that they steal products or giveaways from customers' packages and saying the packages are lost. Now they do the same thing to me. My guitar is $1000 USD, they just want to give me 2000 RMB as a compensation? It is so unreasonable. So the truth is that they lost my guitar or they do not want to give me because they can not give me any evidence of my guitar being held by China Customs.  Besides, they said days ago that my package is in China Customs and they will let go of my package after rechecking. Please see attachment 1. But now, how dare they say they lost my package. It is a scam, no doubt about it! It is their fault, why should I take responsibility for the great loss, right?So although I did not buy insurance or something, it is their fault because I did not get my package and I even did not know anything about the location of my guitar. It is so ridiculous that they say my package was held by customs, but now after my complaint against them here, they changed the words and saying it is lost! I do not think so.I want my full money back ($1000) or give me my package.  Please help me.

Dear Officer, I have transfered your message to our HQ, we are still waiting for their reply.

package shipping to China from US. During the customs clearance process, HDB
has confirmed that the Guitar has lost. We have refunded all the ship fee as
413 RMB on 22nd May 2017. Attach 1 shown all the tracking record.
