Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Well, this is a scamWhy I say so is that they are always hiding somethingEverytime the words from their mouth are differentAs you guys can see from their attachment, my package arrivered in China on 2/for customs clearanceAnd I was waiting and waitingI kept asking them when I could get it almost everydayThey did not take care of that too much but just saying let me wait for some timeSo I trusted them and kept waitingHowever, almost months passedI still did not get my guitarSo I was worried and kept asking them again and againOn 4/10, they updated that my package was held by China Customs on their webPlease note that the information can edited in any way they want because it is their own systemIt is not the real tracking informationI still kept asking when I could get itThey said it might take 5-daysSo I still kept waitingUnfortunately, weeks passed againI asked them what was going onThey told me that my package was still held by China Customs because it is a guitarThey said they could not forward instruments like guitars I do not know why because I called the headquarters of the China Customs and they said no such thing and the clearance would not last for so longSo I think the forwarding company was finding an excuse to convince me that my guitar was held by China CustomsI did check on their web and they do say instruments are forbidden items for shippingIt is my fault, I have to admit because I did not read about that policyBut here is the funny thingFirst, as I mentioned I called China Customs, they said no such thing as long as I pay tax, they will give me the packageSecond, even if the company do not ship such item, why they did not notify me? Oh, they may say there are so many packages every day and they do not check the packages they receivedOK, now how about that when I submitted the information to them via their web for customs clearance? Didn't they notice that? I do not think they did not see itAlso, they said it was my fault because I did not claim my item value as it should beWell, it is my fault again but that will not be a problem because according to China Customs policy, if there is some problem about the item, they will return it to the original senderSo I asked them to give some proof that my item was held by customsYou know what, they said they could notThey did not know where my package isHow ridiculous it isAnd they even said that it is a business secret, so they can not tell me thatWhat's worse and funnier, customers will get refund if they did not get their packages after SIX months later according to their policyI feel so confused because I do not know what is going on with my guitar from the startThis is my new year gift! They screwed up and they do not want to take responsibility or they stole my guitar because they know their policyThey can find a good reason to do thatI heard a lot that they steal products or giveaways from customers' packages and saying the packages are lostNow they do the same thing to meMy guitar is $USD, they just want to give me RMB as a compensation? It is so unreasonableSo the truth is that they lost my guitar or they do not want to give me because they can not give me any evidence of my guitar being held by China Customs Besides, they said days ago that my package is in China Customs and they will let go of my package after recheckingPlease see attachment But now, how dare they say they lost my packageIt is a scam, no doubt about it! It is their fault, why should I take responsibility for the great loss, right?So although I did not buy insurance or something, it is their fault because I did not get my package and I even did not know anything about the location of my guitarIt is so ridiculous that they say my package was held by customs, but now after my complaint against them here, they changed the words and saying it is lost!
