Review: I am currently in a dispute through [redacted] about this business. I would think that the fact that they have no advertised phone number may be a hint to the Revdex.com that this is not an up and up company. I have emailed them twice and pos[redacted] messages in the [redacted] dispute section three times and have received no response. However, what I have noticed is that they have made changes to my order from processing for 5 business days (when they advertise that items usually ship within 24 hours) to all of a sudden after I opened a dispute to [redacted] 10/1/13 [redacted] $80.93 Complete View Order

Here is what the order stats now.

Now the way the order read it was not clear that I was going to receive two speakers. So I emailed them on Oct. first requesting confirmation. Then emailed them again within three days. I never received a response back from them! There is no phone number to contact them and their website claims they have legendary customer service. Yet by Friday I had still Oct 4th I had still not received any replies. So I opened up a dispute. Which should have encouraged them to contact me in some fashion. At least have replied to my [redacted] dispute. That is when on Saturday ct 5th I receive an email from them as follows.

NO explanation. Just the information above. I emailed customer service again requesting information about why I am being given a credit memo? I have always expressed my desire to receive the items I ordered! They have not responded to my numerous requests as to what this credit memo means? And if they plan on refunding my money what is this "ADJUSTMENT FEE" that they added on to my order. I still have no idea if they are refunding me money or if they are sending me the product I have ordered.

Their continuous failure to respond to my questions but making adjustments on my bill without giving me any explanation as to what they are doing leads me to believe that they have no intention of of sending me the item I ordered from their website. And the lack of any legitimate contact-ability through other means such as letters sent through USPS or by Phone leads me to believe they are not a legitimate business or this is a bait and switch. Never intending on selling the item to me in the first place. Then collecting an "Adjustment fee" because they either don't have the item or they where advertising it too low to begin with. But either way. The Item is still being advertised on their website http://www.hdetron.com/altec-lansing-rm3010-stage-gig-amplified-speaker-for-rock... And they have not responded to any of my inquiries.Desired Settlement: I expect immediate refund and Explanation as to why they are not or have not informed or contacted me about any of the inquires that I have made.

I recently filed a complaint against HDETron.com about ordering an item and after a week they issued an in store credit without contacting about the issue. They have finally contacted me and given me some options. So I’d like to close the case. They have refunded my money. Communication was a bit drawn out but once they emailed me they seem to genuinely have wanted to resolve the problem. They had me very concerned when I was sending multiple emails and not receiving timely reply’s.
